- Attic and Basement – Organized- Well lit- Stairs in good repair- Water stains-
- Bath – Mold- Water stains- Sinks chipped- Tile cracked- Shower doors work-
- Carpet – Stains- Faded- Torn- Pet or smoke odor-
- Copper vs. lead pipes.
- Cracked sidewalks- Entry- Parking pad- Porch- Stairs-
- Cracked windows- Screens bent- Peeling paint- Do they open-
- Cracks in ceiling- Walls- Tiled floors-
- Doors – Open and close- Seal- Lock work- Storm doors-
- Garage –Oil stains- Neat- Auto door opener-
- Hand railings – on three or more steps-
- Light switches – Bulbs- Sockets- Ample lighting-
- Nail holes-
- Open all closets.
- Open several windows.
- Check for peeling paint.
- Peeling wall paper-
- Roof and Chimney – Leak- Sag- Missing tile-
- Sump pump –age- Working condition-
- Termites-
- Under sinks – Water stains- Leaks-
- Water penetration –Stains- Ceiling- Baseboards- Walls-
- Worn wood floors-
- Water – Pressure- Faucets shut off- Drain freely-
- 210 Volts or 100 Amps-
