Required At Time Of Listing
The
following is a checklist of documents that will be helpful to have at the time
of listing.

Deed or Assignment to property.

Letter of Administration, if an estate sale.

Power of Attorney, if applicable.

Latest property tax bill.

If Ground rent – name and address of mortgage holder and Ground rent bill.

Mortgage bill or coupon booklet.
(Both
first and second mortgages, if applicable).

Home equity loan bill, if applicable.
-
Copy of recent appraisal, if available.
-
Homeowner's insurance policy or bill.
-
Homeowner's association documents, if applicable.
-
Condominium documents, if applicable.
- Copy
of any warranties or service agreements pertaining to the property or appliances
included in the sale.
- All
keys related to the property.
